The challenge
A Deep Expertise, Hiding in Plain Sight.
Irene Soirassot-Joseph has spent more than 20 years as a nurse. She started out as an LVN in New York - "that LVN is who created this person you see here," she says - and worked her way through hospital nursing, field nursing, management, informatics, and EMR builds before finding her passion in hospice and home health.
The turning point came by accident. A Joint Commission surveyor showed up at her agency, and Irene walked into the room with nothing but a pencil and paper - she thought she was just there to help navigate the EMR. Instead, the surveyor sat her down and started asking questions about a patient's records.
"I kind of stood, I could have ran. I said, you know, I'm going to sit, I'm going to listen. I learned a lot that day. And in the back of my head I said: This is what I want to do."

From there, the trajectory was obvious: Compliance director, master's degree, and eventually a Joint Commission surveyor herself - one of the people who actually walks into hospice and home health agencies and decides whether they pass. She saw small and large hospices struggling with the same problems again and again. Medicare audits. Defensible documentation. Nurses being judged on things nobody ever taught them to do.
So she built her own Done For You QA service - a real analysis of documentation, not a checklist - and launched a website, a book, and a LinkedIn presence to match.
And yet, for all the depth behind what she was offering, her LinkedIn presence wasn't doing her justice. Her profile listed credentials but didn't clearly say who she helped and what she took off their plate. Her outreach was inconsistent. The online Irene and the real, warm, direct Irene felt like two different people - and prospects could tell.
She didn't need to be convinced that LinkedIn could work. She needed someone to make it work the way it should.
What we did
Make It Clear. Make It Human. Make It Run.
We Rewrote Her Profile for Two-Second Clarity
Irene's new LinkedIn headline cut straight to it. No jargon. No credential soup. Just a clear statement any hospice or home health administrator could read and instantly think, "That's exactly what I need."
Done For You Hospice & Home Health QA Audits
We rewrote her About section to lead with what she does for clients - taking compliance off their plate, keeping them survey-ready, making their documentation defensible in front of a Medicare auditor - and backed it up with her unique credential: She was the surveyor. The insider perspective that nobody else in her niche could legitimately claim.
We Built Permission-Based Outreach That Led With Value
Instead of pitching prospects, we asked a question:
The response was overwhelming. Prospects didn't just accept the free eBook - some asked if they could buy a hard copy. The permission-based approach respected their time, positioned Irene as a helpful expert rather than a salesperson, and let prospects self-qualify based on genuine interest before any call was ever booked.
We Made Sure Everything Sounded Like Irene
This was the key that made everything else work. We interviewed Irene. We listened to how she talks. We studied the phrasing she uses when a hospice CEO asks her about a Medicare audit. And then we translated all of it - her LinkedIn messages, her content, her follow-ups - into the same voice. Not a template. Not a generic script. Her.
Irene stayed in the loop on everything. She edited. She tweaked. She'd say, "I wouldn't say it like that, I'd say it like this." And that collaboration is what made the final product unmistakable.
We Put Her Best Content to Work
Irene is a natural educator - "I'm a nurse's nurse. What I know, I want other nurses to know." So we leaned into it. Her eBook. Her case study. Her content. Every piece was built to demonstrate expertise before the first call, so prospects showed up already convinced she was the right person for the job.
That changed the tone of every conversation. By the time a prospect was on the phone with Irene, they weren't asking if she could help them - they were asking when she could start.

Why it worked
The Principles Behind the Results.
Clarity beats cleverness. Irene's profile didn't try to be everything to everyone. It said exactly who she helps, exactly what she does, and exactly why she's qualified - in the language her audience uses every day. When a hospice administrator landed on her page, they knew in two seconds she was talking to them.
Permission-based outreach built trust before the first call. By offering value upfront and letting prospects opt in, Irene's messages felt like a resource - not an interruption. The people who read her eBook and then booked a call were already halfway to closed.
Authentic voice created continuity. The biggest gap in most LinkedIn outreach is the gap between the online persona and the real person. When every touchpoint sounded like Irene - because it was Irene - that gap disappeared. Prospects got on the phone already knowing the human on the other end.
Niche expertise in a niche market. Done For You hospice and home health QA audits, delivered by a former Joint Commission surveyor, wasn't a service anyone was going to comparison-shop. Irene's positioning made her the only logical choice for the people in her market who needed real protection - not a checklist.
She already knew how to close. When prospects hit her calendar, Irene ran a values-driven sales process: Ask questions first, diagnose the problem, stay in control of the conversation, show up as herself. LinkedIn just needed to hand her the right people at the right time. The rest was already built in.
The result
Her Audience Doubled. Her Team Grew.
Within 30 days of turning the system on, Irene's LinkedIn audience had nearly doubled - from about 900 followers to 1,800 and counting. Her first booked call became a paying client. And the pipeline of engaged conversations coming into her inbox forced her to do something she hadn't planned on: Hire more people to handle the work.
"Everything that's being said is ME. It's in my tone, my voice, how I would say it. My audience is growing, I closed my very first lead - and I've had to expand my team to keep up. I could not have done any of this myself. There's just no way."

The math
Run Her Story Against Your Numbers.
Irene's very first booked call became a paying client - because everything the prospect had read before the call already sounded like her.
Now the question we ask on every fit call: If I put 100 of your ideal prospects in front of you this year, how many would you close?
Multiply that by what one client is worth to your business over the life of the relationship.
