The legal terms are below. Here is what they say, in plain words. If the two ever disagree, the legal terms win.
These terms are an agreement between you (the person or company signing up) and Nemo Media Group (“we”, “us”), the provider of Leads on Demand (the “Service”). By buying a plan, creating a login or ticking the box at first login you agree to them. If you sign up on behalf of a company, you confirm you are allowed to agree for that company, and “you” means the company and the people it lets use the Service.
The Service is a private web portal in which we deliver, on a monthly plan, a list of people on LinkedIn who match a description of your ideal client that you give us, together with the reason to contact each one now and messages written in your voice for you to send yourself, plus the tools shown in the portal for your plan (reply writing, follow-up tracking, statistics, and on Growth, call preparation, call coaching, contact details where we can find them, adding people you found yourself, and a second login). Plan contents and monthly counts (Starter 50 people a month, Growth 100) are as described on the plan page at the time you buy and may be changed for new signups.
We do not log in to your LinkedIn account, send anything on your behalf on a Starter or Growth plan, or guarantee any number of replies, calls or clients. Results depend on your market, your offer and what you send, and we make no promise about them. The people we deliver are researched one at a time from public sources; we do our best on accuracy but we do not warrant that every detail is correct, current or that every person is reachable.
You use LinkedIn under LinkedIn’s own terms, and you agree to follow LinkedIn’s User Agreement and Professional Community Policies when you use anything we deliver. You decide what to send and when, and you are responsible for that use and for any consequence on your LinkedIn account. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by LinkedIn Corporation; LinkedIn is a trademark of LinkedIn Corporation.
Names, contact details and research delivered on a monthly plan are licensed to you, for use inside the portal, for your own business, for as long as your plan is active (and during the 30-day return window in section 7). This licence is personal to you, non-exclusive and non-transferable. You may not download, copy out, scrape, export, resell, share, publish or give the list or any part of it to anyone else, or use it after the licence ends, except that anything you already sent on LinkedIn stays in your LinkedIn. Names you buy outright (a LinkedIn Lead Machine purchase, or a list bought with Take your list with you, section 8) are yours to keep and download at any time.
Each login is for one named person. Starter includes one login; Growth includes two (you and an assistant or teammate). You may add or remove the second person from your Account page. You may not share a login or let more than one person use it. If a login is used in a way that looks like sharing (for example from many different devices in a short time) we may pause the account and contact you before restoring it.
Plans bill monthly in U.S. dollars to the card you give us at checkout (or, if you came from a LinkedIn Lead Machine purchase, the card already on file with us), on the same day each month, until you cancel. By giving us a card you authorise us to charge it for your plan each month, and for anything else you buy from inside the portal, until you cancel. Prices are as shown on the plan page at the time you buy. We may change the price for new signups at any time; we give you at least 30 days’ notice by email before changing the price of your existing plan, and you may cancel under section 7 before it applies. If a payment fails we retry and email you; if it is not paid within 7 days the account is paused, and if it is still unpaid at the end of the 30-day window in section 7 the account is closed. You can cancel at any time from your Account page, which is the easy cancel path some states require.
You may cancel at any time from the Account page of your portal. When you cancel: Your access continues until your next billing date; the month you have paid for is not refunded and stays usable; the plan does not renew; for 30 days after that date you can email us and have everything restored; after those 30 days the account is closed for good. On closing, the licence in section 4 ends and your data is handled under section 12.
When cancelling you may buy a copy of your list (names, contact details as delivered, the messages written for you, your notes and check-offs) as a spreadsheet and a PDF for a one-time $1,497, delivered within 2 business days of payment. That copy is yours to keep and use in your own business. You may not resell it or publish it as a list.
Your first payment on a monthly plan, including a Setup payment that covers your first month, is refunded in full if you ask within 30 days of it. If you bought a Setup, the deliverables already written for you (your playbook, your profile and banner, your company page and banner) are yours to keep; the leads and the portal end with the refund. A refund ends your access the same day. The guarantee applies once, to the first payment, per person or company, including the same person or company signing up again under another name or email. Later months are not refundable. To ask, email john@nemomediagroup.com from the email on the account.
Each client may receive a referral code. A person who signs up for a Starter or Growth plan with a valid code receives $100 off their first payment and the guarantee in section 9; this applies once per new person or company, and a code cannot be used on the account it belongs to. For each referred person who pays and stays past their 30-day guarantee, the referring client receives one free month of their current plan, applied by moving their next billing date. Free months have no cash value, are not paid out, and are not applied if the referring client has cancelled before the referred person passes the guarantee. We may change or end the referral program for future referrals at any time; credits already earned stand.
Messages, replies, playbooks, case studies, pricing reviews and other written work we deliver to you are yours to use in your business. We keep ownership of the portal, our methods, our prompts and templates, and everything we use to produce the work, and you may not copy, reverse engineer, resell or build a competing service from them. You give us permission to use what you tell us about your business to do the work. We may describe results in general, without naming you or your clients, as examples of the Service, unless you tell us in writing not to.
We collect what you give us at signup, in the onboarding form and inside the portal, and the results of the work, to provide the Service. We do not sell your data. We use third-party providers to run the Service (hosting, database, email, payment processing, and AI models that help research and write; your inputs are sent to those models to do the work). After your account closes (the end of the 30-day window in section 7) we delete your portal data within 90 days, except records we must keep for tax, payment and legal reasons. See our Privacy Policy at linkedinriches.com/privacy-policy.
You will use the Service and the people we deliver for lawful, professional outreach only: No harassment, no deceptive claims about yourself, no spam, nothing that breaks LinkedIn’s rules or the law where you or the recipient are. We may suspend or end an account that breaks this section, and no refund is due in that case.
We work to keep the portal available and the weekly deliveries on time, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. We may change the Service, add or remove features, and update these terms. If a change materially reduces what your plan includes or changes these terms in a way that matters, we tell you by email at least 30 days before it applies, and you may cancel under section 7. The current terms are always at this page, with the version number at the top.
The Service is provided as is and as available. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Our total liability to you for anything arising from or related to the Service, under any theory, is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, lost profits, lost data, or anything that happens on LinkedIn or with the people you contact, even if we were told it could happen. Some states do not allow some of these limits; where that is the case, they apply as far as the law allows.
You will defend us and hold us harmless from any claim, loss or cost (including reasonable legal fees) that comes from your outreach, your use of LinkedIn, your use of the people and messages we deliver, anything you send to anyone, or your breach of these terms or the law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute that we cannot settle by talking first (email john@nemomediagroup.com and give us 30 days to sort it out) is brought only in the state or federal courts located in Minnesota, and you agree to their jurisdiction. Any claim is brought in your own name only, not as part of a class or representative action, and must be started within one year of the event that gave rise to it. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest still applies.
Questions about these terms: john@nemomediagroup.com. Notices to us go by email to john@nemomediagroup.com. Notices to you go to the email on your account, and count as received the day they are sent.
